I got this from Japan, practically brand new. I got it with a big package but I'd rather keep the stock knob for it's feel. The Nismo knob visibly shortens the height of the shifter, since the threading is near the top of the knob.
Doesn't have that shiny "used" look. Very matte finished leather, indicates very little use. See pics below.
