I know I'm not Lance but I have prokits on my S13 and so far think they are great. I haven't done any autoX but I do drive pretty hard and have noticed a lot better handeling on turns. The ride is rougher but nothing terrible and it did noticably lower the car. Not dropped or too racey but it looks good. Don't know much else I can say to help but hopefully Lance knows more.
