Take this for what it is worth but it is probably your easiest option.

Pull your VLSD out of the housing and sell it on ebay (vlsd pumpkin+vlsd output shafts). Then get some open diff output shafts and have your Nismo assembled with your VLSD housing, old ring gear, open diff shafts. This way you also get to keep the VLSD rear cover which has more cooling fins than the open diff and supposedly holds .3L more fluid.

Good luck. I got my Nismo 2way back from the shop today with my 4.363 gears.
