didnt you post this thread a while ago and get all kinds of criticism because you could only spen 800? anyway you can get a k&n filter to start get an exhaust , maybe a test pipe or gutted cat, SOHC pistons are a good idea , headers if you want MSD ignition ( less expensive than hks) now as far as the cams go the s13 dohc intake cam is a 242 and the dohc exhaust cam is a 248 and the common trick is to run 2 exhaust cams , i dont know why but there are some numbers the s14 runs 240 on the intake and 242 on the exhaust or if you want just get a stock turbo , stock intercooler(audi/starion) and cut the flange off your stock headers and custom an elbow anddownpipe , tap some oil feed and returns , a little piping and at 4-5 psi you meet your 200hp goal and depending on how you did it , it might be less than a grand
