ok i noticed on my s13, when i turn the wheel, my shocks/springs turn too (like rotate/spin)

i assumed that they were supposed to, but i checked on my friend's rwd car, and his shocks/springs dont turn with the wheel

and i wanna know if this is supposed to happen
