I have a 2qt Accusump ready to be installed, I just haven't gotten around to it.

I'm planning a remote filter adapter on the block, with the filter relocated on the frame rail...then you just "T" into one of the lines. Easy.

Hardest part is the mounting...if you plan to use it as a pre-oiler, you need to be able to close a valve and leave oil in the accumulator BEFORE you turn off the motor. Then before you start it again, you open the valve and oil pressure builds...problem is, it's not so great to have a manual valve on a street car with a pass seat, b/c that means you have to mount the accumulator somewher enear the passenger, with the valve in reach of the driver...then you've got ~300 F oil circulating IN the passenger cabin...not so good IMO.

You can get electric valves, but they cost as much as the accumulator does in the 1st place!

Anyway, they are GREAT for a car that sees high RPM use and decent g-loads (high speed corners)...and good for cars that sit for long periods between starts.
