before u do anything, (if you have sexy hub caps like mine), check air pressure, sometimes the tire don't have enough air in it, and it's pressing against the hub caps. &nbsp;also, make sure your hub caps are lined up with the air stem, i never knew the caps had to line up... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cry.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
