working with multishaft propellor setups at work id agree that the marks matter... maybe on a short setup like a s13 it wont, but u should still put it back the way it was balanced as.
do u switch main journal caps around even though they have been line honed and marked? perhaps things worked out fine, but the idea of balancing is to negate bad forces(reduce wear on bearings/bushings), which u prolly cant feel. perhaps im too critical having worked with propellor shafts in 6 foot lengths, but still, put it back the way it was balanced.
