My input, as I'm in the market for a turbo to get me right around 350hp also, would be the disco potato turbo. It has great response, able to give you enough thrill at the track when you mash the gas, and still small enough to be very streetable. I don't know the exact product number for the disco potato, I know it's a Garrett unit though. Just search for "disco potato" anywhere on google or the forums. Something should pop up right away. Hope this helps.
