If you were trying to point out that having the limiter raised to 9k won't help him any, you sure have a real asshat way of doing so.

Anyway, Enthalpy ECUs remove the limiter completely.
Dunno about JWT, try calling them.
Most JDM ECUs that are tuned remove the limiter as well. (Central20, MINE's, Blitz Access, et al)
