you don't know much about RB's do you? You do not even have to rebuild a RB25 to get to over 300 hp( not to mention the fact the engine is good for 500hp on stock internals) with bolt ons. I.E. Greddy intake manifold, Q45 throttle body, FMIC and a SAFC , dyno tune it and I gurantee you will squeeze just over 300 HP at 9lbs of boost on stock internals. No reliability issues.
