I checked to get a class 3 licence for the auto conversion, but since its a post sample (past 1986) I cant get it. Not even police can get it. They have to apply for a demo letter, which basicaly means a paper weight. The only thing I can get Class 3 (which I plan getting) is a real silencer. Its $800 for the silencer, NFA forum with 2 passport pic, backround search, have you local sherif approve of you owning it with his signiture, then send the class 3 $200 tax. Its a bit of a pain but I will leagaly have a "real" silencer since I cant get auto.
