well you won't get anywhere near the power gain you would from a turbo but............
exh.......10hp (5Zigen claims like 13 or 14)
intake.......5hp without cai (which is good for another 1 or 2)
head........10hp (just a guess)
cams.......10hp (according to PDM)
and yeah you could get everything for 1500-2000
