I ment .05 bar not psi.
The RS and HKS will perform neer identicaly if they are both set right to atmosphere, it all depends on which sound you like more, the strangled turkey or a whooosh.
Ive got some video of my 200sx with the type RS, ill see if i can upload it off the DVC to my laptop, at .05 to .3 bar it flutters, .3 to .6 got a pretty nice sound, after .6 it gets pretty loud and releases real fast due to its dual spring rate technology, I think i paid $140 for mine brand new on ebay.
