Even brand name parts can break. If I had the money I'd go for the more well known products like spl or powertrix, but that doesn't rule out cheaper alternatives. I know plenty of people with ebay branded adjustable tc rods and rucas that haven't had anything break at all. Hell some people with basic welding/pipe bending experience just make their own.
