jack up car. take wheels off. get spanner wrenches and twist collar counterclockwise. If there are two collars, then the lower one should go down by hand, then the upper one should turn with the wrench and the spring will turn with it. Count the threads showing from the bottom. Repeat on all 4 corners. Get an alignment. Read more
btw..obviously tighten the lower collar against the upper one..you should have two spanner wrenches that you turn opposite from eachother to tighten/loosen the collars.
