i got another question, its a dumb one but it just popped up in my head.

suppose if i put the distributor in backwards(meaning that the when the #1 cyclinder is suppose to fire, the #4  cyclinder is actually firing)

wouldnt the car not even run?/

pplus, could it be the knock sensor, i had a hard time trying to put the connector on, ,maybe thats why i am getting check engine light? and with bad timing it could run like shit.

i dunno, tonight i am going to check everything, so please give me suggestions
