You can use the 280z "Lseries" transmission for the KA. Use the KA bell housing and the 280z gear box. Or have an adapter plate modified for the 280z bell housing. I think that is as good as it gets. But you will need a custom drive shaft, since it is custom I would go with an aluminum driveshaft.
