On my Corvette, I replaced my fuel pressure regulator.  And broke a vaccuum line doing it.
When I started, the idle immediatly jumped up, and I had about 2k rpms to play with, then it would falsely "redline."

And just thinking about when I installed my Intake, there were 3 vaccuum lines to hook up.  Possibly one is off, or there is a hole in it.  Cuz even a crack or tear could throw your whole car off.

Oh.. oh.. And mabey even, when you moved that Air Intake Sensor thing, that was on the stock airbox, you broke it, or disconected it.  That would do bad things.
