You have to cut/bend the old fenders, and get wheels that actually look good under them. Otherwise its pretty simple, you can mold on the new ones, or rivet them on.

Generally cost 300-500ish. Check out version select or origin for overfenders. They generally come in 50mm but you can always modify them into something smaller.
