How Is The Fan Going To Chop The Air? Easy.... Air Under Pressure Moves In A Certain Speed And Direction With A Fan That Is Not Spinning As Fast As The Air Is Moving It Will Push Some Air Back Into The Radiator While It Lets Some Out. The Air That Gets Pushed Back Into The Radiator Slows Air From Traveling Through The Radiator At Certain Spots Creating Heat Voids. Its Common Knowledge.... Which Is Why All Factory Electric Fans Switch From On To Off At A Certain Temperature, Which Under A Well Operating Cooling System A Road Speed Of 35mph Or Greater Will Achieve.
