I was just at Pep Boys, comparing these two filters.
Look up the reference for a '93 300ZX for the mfg part number.

In terms of dimensions, both filters are the same height (input to output nipples), but the 300ZX filter is about 3" diameter versus 2" for the 240 filter.

I decided to get the 240 filter despite the fact that the 300zx filter was only $1 more.  Reason being that I did not want to try to retrofit the bracket to hold the larger filter.
