Any quality autobody supplier will carry their products. We have a place called Autocolor up here.
They sell numerous prep and cleaner sprays, and dyes in all kinds of colors, works with all materials in most cases.
The stuff is expensive compared to regular paints but it lasts. They also have the texture coating I use to mimic OE plastic also. Check out my album for some recent pics of stuff I've done:
