post drift clinic questions

Had an awsome day yesterday. Got some good runs in, and learned quite a bit. The AGXs felt best at 4front/7rear, althought bald tires up front were causing TREMEMDOUS understeer. I spun out quite hard, and liquified a stock control arm bushing (full bushing kit to be installed in the coming week)

I have noticed a few problems, and I need answers.

1) everytime I turn my wheel to the right, there is a very loud straining noise (not like the power steering whine) The only way I can describe it is the sound of creaking wood. I noticed it during the spin out. I didnt complete the run because of this, it worried me. I went in to the pits and checked it out, thats when I found the exploded bushing. Nothing looks bent or damaged.

2) What camber plates will work with KYB AGX shocks?

Next question happened before the clinic, but im gonna go ahead and ask anyway

3) My car is having problems starting. When I turn the key, sometimes it makes a clicking noise, or nothing at all. IT takes a few turns to get the car started. I also noticed that it takes ALOT longer when my car is hot. What can be the cause of this.
