Well, legalized means it went through official channels. Registered means it bypassed those channels. This car is 100% legal... Lots of money was spent in the 1980's to make it DOT/EPA legal by the original owner. The Bureau of Automotive Repair tag on the car and the 1983 NISS SKYL RS CP on the pink attest to that .
