yeah, ka swap is cheap as dirt, some shops (that does sr swaps) just tosses them away from customers...
depending on where you are, it's probably cheaper to swap ka then to rebuild one.. then again, it would REALLY be nice if you're going k-at and rebuilding it from ground up...
