go to sears and get a long breaker bar ( about 2-3 feet long). use one of the clutch bolt ( bolt that you use to tighten the pressure plate to the flywheel) and screw it onto the flywheel, then use a long bolt from the transmission and screw it into the place where the transmission meets the engine (areound the 10 o'clock positon). Then spin the flywheel and wedge the breaker bar between the 2 bolt. the flywheel should stay put, you can then use another breaker bar and open the fly wheel bolts. I've done this many times and it works great. Sorry, i can't find the right words to explain it clearly. I hope that helps.
