for the altima, it is a pain in the ass to change the filter due to the FWD layout... plus my altima is down in the mean time - tranny was shot.

The 240 is complete different story - oil filter is so easy to access... I just dont' want much of oil to be dropped on the motor mount - i am a bit anal about it.
