lols...but he does bring up some good points...that guys an IDIOT to risk peoples lives in a residential neighboor hood while drifting.  
You dont have much control...think about it...Your drifting along the corner of "Maple Street and Suburban Drive" when some little 3 year old runs out into the street.

See, theres no problem with drifting in a deserted parking lot at 2 in the morning, or some back country roads, but not in a residential neighboor hood at 1 in the afternoon.
