Quick ECU Question
As some of you may know I've been having problems getting my S13 SR20DET running right...it pops at like 5500+ at WOT and feels boggy the whole RPM range at WOT but it feels fine at partial throttle...Ive sort of narrowed it down to boost leak or ECU but i think the ECU must be bad too...the car runs fine with the MAFS unplugged..well i mean as normal as it usually does...it is a Z32 MAF on the stock ECU...but my question if my ECU is bad and I go put a chip in it today is it gonna make the ECU a "good" ECU cause it will be running off the chip that is tuned for Z32 MAF and 550cc INJ? Instead of having the SAFC translate for me...? Please get back to me ASAP
