I've run both the EBC Green Stuff and Red Stuff pads.
The Greens only last about four months of daily street driving with track use once a month. I went through two sets of Greens before trying Reds.
The Reds I have on now are about half worn after eight months, so I figure they last about four times longer.
Dusting is about the same on both, but the Reds don't fade like the Greens. Although the Greens only begin to fade slightly with heavy track use, such as repeated hard braking during 20 minute lapping sessions.
I'm not sure if the Yellow Stuff pad is available for the Z32 calipers, but i'd like to try it if it is. Otherwise, I'll stick with the Red Stuff.
As for rotors, I've had Brembo slotted (not drilled) 30mm rotors for about 40k miles. They might have to be replaced by the next pad change, as they're getting a bit worn, at least to the naked eye. They've worked well, though.
