id say not to waste ur money and effort on poly ones. go for solid. they do project a little more sound into the cab though, but nothing too bad. just pretty much get the subframe off, stick a sawz all in the center and cut to the side of it. Then pound it out with an air hammer.

I'm all set with solid ones, it's a daily driver, no need to have solid bushings.
