There is a white plastic with a hole that's designed for the nuh on the S15 clock spring to go thru. Depending on how you put on the wheel, that might be in the way. Becareful not to rotate the clock spring on your car too much, since its very fragile. You can also remove the clock spring entirely (four phillip screws) and wire up the horn thru a seperate process.
