I'm pretty sure 15x7+3 will rub in the rear, unless you've rolled your fenders. I'm running 15x7 +5 and I'm shredding my Dunlop FM-901s on one side!! You will need a little bit of neg camb on the rear if you're running 205/55s. 205/60 will probably just rub even worse.
+3 offset in front will definitely rub unlses you've got probably at least -2.5 deg. of camber...
