You can't. None of the OE bushings are sold separately.

Nismo makes a harder durometer rubber replacement, ES makes a urethane, SPL makes aluminum. Those are your options unless you go with collars.

And FYI, collars will work on a car with completely torn apart bushings, the object here is to lock the subframe to the chassis. Bushing condition doesn't matter at that point.
