I have driven an s13 with kaaz lsd and rsr downsprings/kyb agx shocks and sway bars. With no adjustability for the front camber it did tend to favor the understeer but only at the limit and it was very easy to drive around. I small amount of wieght transfer to the front and it kicked out nicely. Problem with it was since it did under a little more than I am used to I couldnt hit any clipping points with the car where my car you can put it right were you want it. But it drifted nice and to the untrained eye probably looked really good from the outside. I guess what I am trying to say is unless you are competing with a little skill the spring struts will work fine.
