drifting isn't about purposely not having grip; it's about having grip and purposely breaking it...
Get better tires, a Kumho MX or a Hankook RS Z212 ..cheap with many sizes, do not stagger much if at all front/rear sizing.
Remember what understeer is, conceptually: When the front end has less traction or loses traction before the rear.
The Solution?
Add grip in front or reduce grip in back.
The stiffer end of the car loses grip first, which is why a stiffer rear end (Sway bar, stiffer coilover setting, strut bar) will make the rear come out first; and why a stiffer from will make the front plow.
I'm assuming you're a pretty novice driver, so before investing in massive modifications to make an instant-spinout type car, i'd just go with better tires (and if need be, wheels), and drive more to build your skill at breaking them loose. Drifting isn't all power-over, afterall...but hey, i dont know anything about drifting.
