wesanding isn't very difficult really, although you can fuck shit up big time.....but no it's not neccessary, although you will get best results doing it this way
if you have full coverage on the car claim it as vandalism they'll cut you a check to get it fixed then fix it yourself and pocket the cash.....i did it and mad $200
