They have ground controls for the S14 my buddy has them. You use Koni's . There are no Ground Controls with AGX's for the S14 but with Koni's yes.
I know the say race only but I have talked to the Ground Control guys at length . Thats how I found out that AGX's are GAB's i.e. same exactly valving and stroke, just different shaft material i.e. not as nice as the GAB but efficent .
Let you in on a secret KYB builds GABS for GAB. hahahha
Oh yeah and while we are at it Tokico HTS's for our cars are not short stroke . Alex Chang moderator for FA and 240sx.org found this out when he installed a set on his 93 coupe . He know has them up for sale.
ah but I do digress . You can get Ground Controls for S14 the spring rates will be 450 front and 250-300 rear. plus you could probably get a custom rate . Call up Ground Control and ask them.
Oh yeah hey Yoshi , let me know how your GC's and AGX's work out . I have AGX's with HKS springs and plan on changing them out to Ground Controls.

I've heard that there is only one set of rates for the s14 (apparently the "race" kit). Maybe that has changed - I will have to check that out b/c if they have started receiving other rates and lengths, I'm all over them.
It's no secret that KYB builds GABs. Look at the bodies, the knobs, the mounts. Everything is identical (I hadn't heard about the shaft being different). What is different on Hondas (and Nissans according to Don Nimi and others) is the valving. I don't know that I can sort the differences in valving on a Nissan, but I know people who've tested AGXs vs. GABs on Hondas (w/ machines, not seat tests) and found the valving differs.
I also agree with you about the HTS's for the s13. I remember that thread w/ Alex and someone else. The conclusion was HTS ARE short stroke for an s14, but not the s13. Oops Since we are talking about an s13, I should have recalled that specific part. (I'm an s14 owner and I know an s14 owner w/ them, so I didn't think about the specific s13 application).
