For those of you who dont know me, and thats all of you, Im an automotive Journalist and I write new car reviews and test drive articles for a few different publications here in Ontario.
Here are some of my pictures from a roadster special I did the past two weeks.
I spent a week in the new MX5
Awesome, fun, involving little car. Too girly for me but still sexy. 170 horsepower and six speed.

This model has ABS, LSD, 6 speed, cloth seats, and a nice stereo. It makes a nice car to drive if you like the 240. Its a similar experience but a lot sharper and more refined (yes, cause its newer)
When I gave Mazda their MX5 back, I went and tried something out that had no roof and two doors, but was just a little different, and twice as much money
The SRT6 is explosively fast. 13's in the quarter. Makes children gawk and scares the crap out of most females. 330 horsepower supercharged, and porsche 911 performance for nearly 50 grand less.
I didnt want to give this one back...but the Mazda was far more of a drivers car.
The SRT6 does have a ton of grip, and ridiculous stopping power but it doesnt really show it off as readily. As well, you cant really shut off the traction assist, meaning no real excessive sideways stuff in the corners.
