The predator who attacked Batman would have been killed by his hunting party for attacking a human, since hunting humans is considered the most honorable of all game, and only the senior hunters were allowed to hunt them. Read Alien vs. Predator: Prey by Steve Perry, it has a lot of interesting insight. The last movie was an insult to anyone who ever liked these movies/books/comics.
