we'll its hard to say if its private property but i figured it was since damn thing has been there so long. it lil off to the side of the road . there is a construction site not far from it which may be same land car is parked on but is hard to tell.
so you think its legal to obtain owner info if i go to teh DMV? i thought they wouldnt give release taht info for some sort or privacy thing.
