I am in the millitairy, and i know that alot of people get them due to an inadaquite nutrition (ie chow hall for months, or weeks of hot rats) but if you take a multi-vitiman you can avoid them, and helps to heal faster. that and a host of other items are common for stress/fatigue/no damn sleep to come on to let you know that you are beyond natural limits and the body just can't keep up with maintaining shit. Oh yeah drinking LOTS of differnt hard liquors doesn't help. I've tried that.
