Just make one yourself.  I've made some in before just using a solid bar but I've found out that that can actually damage your body, so I took a shock from a small moped ad used it and it worked pretty good.  Some other people I know uses the bar that holds the rear hatch open on a hatchback, but I don't know how good that goes.  You can tell a difference with it on and off.  Also, it helps with shifting.
