I think perhaps he is referring specifically to norcal240sx.net members... not necessairily NorCal 240SX owners in general.
Although, as I mentioned in another thread, a couple guys I know started that whole thing 'round these parts (NorCal).. now everybody does it.
They used to do crazy ass shit, like put tapioca cups in it and pron mags and stuff.. (they had the larger aftermarket tow hooks).
