Bent Subframe
Well anyways I was driving to SAT's on the day after it had snowed at about 7o'clock in the moring and ended up hitting some thick ass ice at about 10mph. I slid into a curb and unbalanced my tire, bent my rim, and apparently bent my subframe.
Anyways, I want to know if it is safe for me to drive with a bent subframe. It kinda pushed my wheel backwards in the well...giving it a nice little caster on the side that came into contact with the curb. (I'm 90% caster...I'm still learning...Leave me alone)
Also, I would like to know a ballpark of what it would cost and if it's even worth fixing.
Thanks for any help and any comments are welcome.
Mods: I put this in off topic because this has to deal with a civic, and not a 240 in which I'm to poor to afford.
Edit: Did some searching found that its an "easy" swap in a 240 but im still deciding if its going to be the same deal with a civic. RAWR
