pr240sx is an unknown quantity at this point
use a good metal drill bit
Use good easyouts for the correct size (I used craftsman 52152 size m10-3/8)
Use a steady hand and a good drill
Use the easy outs with easy and slowly.
Heat and some PB Blast or WD 40 will help too!!
Dont break the bit nor the easyout.
A variable/reversible drill will work great.
Drill a small hole on the stud with the drill, go slowly and be sure to be in the center!!. Studs are steel, the head is aluminum!!.
Then use the easyout SLOWLY and work your way until it grab the easyout.
Hints!
Have someone spraying some pen. oil while you drill. This will cool the bit and help while heating the stud.
If you need to use the torch, beware not to heat the head too much or you can warp it. Is heating, not melting the stud!!.

Good luck
