personally I'd rather buy a motor that was built for turbos, then to put a turbo on an engine that was never ment to have one in the first place..but this is just my opinion.

I don't think you can put a FF engine in a FR car without MAJOR mods. the motor mounts would probably in a different location on the block itself.
