it'd only be 'bad' in that you're adding alot of restriction and fucking up your flow. That'll lead to bad throttle/boost lag.
In theory it'll be pretty efficient, but at a cost of responsiveness.
You'd be better off welding those two sidemount cores together and creating a custom FMIC.
