My 240 recently has a sticky clutch. Before I knew about it my clutch would be about half way in and it would be incredibly hard to change gears. When I stopped at a light and noticed that my car continued to roll without any pressure on the clutch I stuck my foot behind it and popped it back out. See if you can pop the clutch out any further.
